General Terms
bbetb (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "our") is an online betting and casino service provider. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the Platform and its users ("you", "member").
1.1 Applicability
These terms apply to all services of bbetb — including the website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and any promotional activities. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this platform.
1.2 Definition of Services

The original language of these terms is Bengali. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bengali version shall take precedence. bbetb reserves the right to make the final decision on any matter.
Account Registration
To create an account on bbetb, you must complete the registration process. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts in the same person's name, multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, or multiple accounts linked to the same payment method is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.3 Updating Information
If your registered information changes (such as phone number or email address), it is your responsibility to update it immediately through our customer service. bbetb will not be held responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or false information.
Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
Age Requirement: bbetb is for those aged 21 and above only. Registration and use by minors is strictly prohibited.
At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. bbetb may at any time request a copy of a government-issued identity document for age verification.
3.1 Required Documents
- A clear photo of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- A utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months as proof of current address
- Proof of ownership of the payment method (if applicable)
3.2 KYC Process
Withdrawal requests may be delayed if Know Your Customer (KYC) verification has not been completed. bbetb reserves the right to verify any transaction in line with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
bbetb supports the popular payment methods in Bangladesh, making your transactions fast and easy.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods)
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer
- Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly
- Use only payment accounts registered in your own name
- Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
- Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
- Withdrawals will only be made to the payment method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed
- Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts
Note: The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800 for each payment method. Please confirm any additional terms of your payment provider before making a transaction.
4.3 Transaction Rejection
bbetb reserves the right to suspend or reject any transaction if it appears suspicious, if there is a risk of fraud, or if there is a possibility of violating the Anti-Money Laundering policy. In such cases, the member will be notified within 48 hours.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
bbetb offers attractive bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Please read the terms below carefully before claiming these offers.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000
- Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount
- Withdrawals from the bonus are not permitted until the wagering requirement is met
- Each member will receive the welcome bonus only once
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are applicable only to validly registered and verified accounts
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated
- If any irregularity is found while using a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited
- bbetb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice
5.3 VIP Program
bbetb's VIP program has 5 tiers, with weekly cashback benefits provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier advancement is determined based on a member's activity and participation on the platform. bbetb reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.
Betting Rules
All betting activities on bbetb are governed by these general rules. Specific sports events or game-specific rules may apply separately.
6.1 Finality of Bets
Once a bet or game is completed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or system issue, bbetb reserves the right to cancel that transaction and return the original stake amount.
6.2 Odds and Payouts
All odds and payouts are determined at the rates applicable at the time the bet is placed. If incorrect odds are displayed, bbetb reserves the right to cancel those bets or recalculate them at the correct odds.
6.3 Special Sports Betting Rules
- Bets may be cancelled due to rule changes in all sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, all bets on that match will be considered void
- bbetb is not responsible for losses caused by internet delays in live betting
- Betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments is dependent on the official results from the relevant authorities
Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the bbetb platform. Involvement in any of these may result in the permanent closure of the account and, where applicable, legal action may be taken:
- Betting or gaming using any computer program, bot, or automated software
- Exploiting weaknesses or bugs in the game system to gain an unfair advantage
- Money laundering or other financial fraud
- Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses
- Using the platform with the intent to file credit card chargebacks
- Attempting unauthorized access to the system or hacking
- Misusing or defrauding other members' information
- Transferring or selling an account to a third party
Privacy and Data Protection

Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Account Closure by bbetb
bbetb may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
- Evidence of fraud or dishonest conduct
- Providing false identity information
- Operating multiple accounts
- For legal or regulatory reasons
10.2 Account Closure by Member
You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, and the balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
